Pin Memory is a web application that allows users to connect their Pinterest account and create visual mood boards, vision boards, and collages using their saved pins. The Service provides tools to arrange, annotate, and export these visual boards.
3. Account Registration
To use Pin Memory, you must connect a valid Pinterest account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your Pinterest account complies with Pinterest's terms of service
4. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel.
Subscription Plans
We offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription options. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Your data remains accessible in read-only mode
Refunds
Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Service. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

- Violate Pinterest's terms of service or intellectual property rights

Pin Memory, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
7. Pinterest Integration
Pin Memory uses Pinterest's API to access your pins. Your use of Pinterest content is subject to Pinterest's terms of service. We are not affiliated with Pinterest, Inc.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Pinterest integration will always be available
- Your data will never be lost (please maintain backups)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pin Memory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
